Family Fun Night

The members of Healthy Culpeper’s Early Childhood/Youth Committee collaborate to provide trainings and activities focused on different topics important to families and young children.  Child care providers are also invited to attend. Some of the topics have included positive discipline, literacy, and fitness/health.

Children’s Day at the Park

This fun-filled family event for children is held at Yowell Meadow Park every October.

This event has a DJ, Moon Bounce, face painting, arts & crafts, and more.  Vendors catering to children’s or family services are welcome to set up a stand.

Teen Empowerment Coalition (TEC)

Mission: The purpose of the TEC is to address the unique problems that affect teens by encouraging program partnering  and coordination among various public and private agencies and organizations that work with youth to maximize local support for prevention.

HC/Aging Together Adult/Senior

Members of Healthy Culpeper’s Adult/Senior Committee serve as the Culpeper County team for the Aging Together initiative, an initiative focused on improving services and support to seniors.

Mission: To plan, coordinate and promote services and community activities for adults and seniors.

Meeting Time/Location: Every 1st Thursday, 9:00 a.m., Reformation Lutheran Church
